There is NO need for drilling or tapping. The Thread of this Shift Knob is available with 3 adaptors and will Fit Other Brands of Vehicle that have the same Shift Knob Thread and shifting pattern.
H-GEAR Shift Knobs are manufactured from ONE solid piece of Aircraft-Quality, T-6061 Billet Aluminum that is Precision-Machined for a firm, reliable feel against your palm that results into positive shifting. Additionally, they are Hard-Anodized to ensure a long lasting finish that will provide years of trouble-free reliability. This is a special process that is used by most major OEM manufacturers. H-GEAR Shift Knob is made to Work on Manual Transmission Vehicles ONLY.

Difference between ”Pro-Line” and ”Tuner line” H-gear products?
The difference between an Tuner-line and Pro-line product has been created, so we can make 2 different collections in our own product range.
The Pro-Line is in general a slightly higher grade in a slightly higher price range, compared to the Tuner-line. Often noticable in the final finish and durability of the product.
This does not mean that the Tuner-line products are ”bad quality” but are in general an affordable alternative for those who don’t need the high grade of the Pro-Line products.
